Description: The two Fuchs works have been recorded before so you’ll be familiar with his charm, melodic generosity and delicacy. Kornauth was Fuchs’s pupil and he cleaved unto his master’s Brahmsian/Schumannian Romanticism, which is plain in his 1912 sonata which won the Austrian State Prize the next year.
