Description: We offer this for the First Recording of the Duet which, like its discmates, dates from around 1820. Although not called "sonata", it's still a substantial work in five movements and 24 minutes in length with a very scherzo-ish minuet and a very attractive set of variations on the well-known French song Au clair de la lune as its slow movement.
