JOHANN CHRISTIAN BACH (1735-1782): 6 Quartets for Oboe, Violin, Viola da Gamba and Bass, Op. 8.

Description: A recently discovered title-page to these Op. 8 quartets shows us that Bach also wrote a version for gamba instead of cello, likely a gift to his friend, business partner and gambist Carl Friedrich Abel.
