Description: The big work here is the four-movement Suite which includes many ravishing melodies of which even Schubert might have been proud. The 1878 piano trio, like its three fellows (all available on an MD&G re-issue offered over five years ago on 02G054), has a youthful brio along Mendelssohnian/Brahmsian lines.
