Description: All eight of the concertos Albinoni wrote for oboe which appeared in the two opera published in 1715 and 1722, cultivated music, eschewing showy virtuosity, lucid of texture and with attractive melodies (Quantz credited Albinoni with "perfecting" the genre of the concerto).
