Description: This oddly-named Austrian period-instrument chamber orchestra claims world premiere recordings for all of the above except the W.F. Bach (and the obvious other two). The two C.P.E.s have no listing in the Wotquenne catalogue and, as there is no specific information in the rather breezy, mostly historical/biographical notes, we can't tell you from when they might date. However both they and the Graun sandwich galant-style slow movments between outer ones which approach Sturm und Drang, so we're probably hearing works from at least the 1740s (Hasse's is a 1760 overture). 2 CDs. moderntimes_1800.
