Description: Most of these little pieces were written between 1815 and 1820, when little piano music by Swedish composers even existed. Naturally, it was meant for private use and for the salon so it would be pointless to expect the Romanticism of Berwald's orchestral music. Two pieces listed as "world premieres", however, appeared on a 1972 Genesis LP (later also released on CD). Giugi Caruso Pesce (piano).
