Description: A trip down memory lane for people like me who were drawn to Subotnick's cool-sounding titles and mysterious inventions like "Ghost Electronics" (which alone takes three pages of [original] notes to explain in this booklet) while looking for Turnabout and Candide LPs of unusual romantic repertoire in the bins of actual record stores. Apparently never reissued on CD, these recordings have been licensed from Nonesuch and now cost only eight times what they did back then when you were young and strong. Mario Guarneri (trumpet), Toby L. Holmes, Jay Charles Bulen (trombone), Alan K. Bartholemew, Dane Richards Little (cello), William Edward Powell, James D. Rohrig (clarinet), Marvin B. Gordy III (percussion), Virko Baley (piano); Morton Subotnick (conductor). Original 1980 and 1981 Nonesuch LP releases.
