Description: The Concerto all’antica is an early, half-hour long, beautifully poetic work from 1908 (Respighi was living in Berlin as a piano accompanist) that, like this disc’s couplings, draws on ancient styles, in a recording that uses the first printed critical edition of the work by Salvatore Di Vittorio, published in 2019.
