Description: A conspectus of just some of the things you can do on a modern concert organ, four of these works were written for the organist here (Halffter, Schnittke and Durkó all premiered in 1981 and the Bischof from six years later). While Krenek didn't write his 1975 Four Winds for Haselböck, he wrote several other pieces for him later on and the organist rehearsed Ligeti's Etüden with the composer lying in the organ experimenting with the shading of its winds. Martin Haselböck (organ of the Warsaw Philharmonic).
