Description: Music for oboe, bassoon and piano with the Englishwoman Dring bringing sparkling wit, shifting meters, neo-classical bitonality and just plain fun to her 16-minute piece from 1971 while the Austrian conductor Angerer offers a 1963 neo-baroque suite with some Hindemithian influences and the non-Communist Bush a trio from 1952-3 which runs from delightful wit to gloomy melancholy. The American works offer their own brand of wit and humor as well. Sundance Trio.
