Description: The third volume of this Mexican pianist/composer’s music is the second of piano works, half devoted to studies (ranging from quite simple to rather complex, with some features of folk song) and the other half to short, simple little pieces even more colored by Mexican folk and popular music, closing with a hypnotically slow Lullaby whose nostalgic sadness would fit perfectly into a flashback scene in a Sergio Leone western.
