Description: It's taken this series eight years to be completed but here's the final volume which contains predominantly youthful works of the 1840s (all but two pieces are from this period) where Chopin, Schumann and Liszt are the main influences and some of the little pieces are of refined salon-music style. Contains one first recording: the little 1:47 Erinnerung an Weimar which Smetana wrote in 1857, during his first visit to Liszt, into an album owned by Princess Marie Sayn-Wittgenstein.
