Description: Beethoven and Goethe were just two of Müller’s admirers due to his artistry as a flutist, pianist and organist as well as being a composer, Bach’s fourth successor in Leipzig (1804-1810) and court music director in Weimar from 1810 to his death. His eleven flute concertos, printed between 1794 and 1816, make no secret of his admiration for Mozart. Tatjana Ruhland (flute), Southwest German Chamber Orchestra Pforzheim; Timo Handschuh.
