Description: Zarebski gained recognition with his masterpiece, the piano quintet, Op. 34 (recorded by Hyperion in 2012 - 12O054) that he completed in 1885. He was trained in Vienna where he studied the work of Mozart, Beethoven, and especially Brahms.
